WHAT TO EXPECT

  • If you work for Dayspring Village or Dayspring Senior Living we will deduct your rent from your paycheck


  • If you work for another healthcare company – you are expected to pay your rent each month by check or cash app


  • We will provide free WIFI for your living arrangements – check with our rental office at 904-675-9181 for the pass code


  • We will provide on site electronic surveillance on the exterior of our properties for your protection and security – if you have an incident you wish reviewed let us know the date, time and situation and we will pull the camera footage for you at the rental office.


  • Our Maintenance team will respond to problems – you must report the problem via the website or doug@dayspring.health


  • Our lawn contractor will mow the grass for the property


  • You are expected to pay for the electrical bill and utilities – if you are in a shared living arrangement you will be responsible for an equal share of the bill along with your rooommates.


  • You can expect monthly inspections by our rental housing staff



  • No house parties


  • No smoking in the property.
  • You will receive notices of violations in the e-mail address you have registered with us


  • You are expected to remove your trash daily – if employed at DSV or DSL you may use our dumpsters or you can contract for waste removal with Meridian Waste Services


  • You are expected to report problems, damages and issues in a prompt manner so we can follow up


  • You are expected to follow the community living guidelines


  • You are expected to clean the rental unit and work to ensure proper care of the property is exercised.


  • You cannot have a guest stay overnight more than three nights in a 30 day period


  • You cannot have illegal drugs on the property at any time


  • Your living space is designed for limited occupancy – if you exceed the number of persons allowed your rent will increase to reflect the increased utilization.


  • You should receive a copy of your lease with the community living guidelines and your keys when you take possession of the property.


  • There is electronic surveillance on the property for your protection
